Ok.. update for all the jibba jabber come early like 7/8 if ya want....BUT come correct all you new school heads don't look at this as an opportunity to get some quick fame learn the HISTORY do you know who Vaughn Bodé is? Do you know history of his art? Do you know the impact he had on graffiti. This is to pay homage to the man don't come off weak if you don't have your best shit planned , let someone else step to the plate. I just want this jam to look complete not some blank background with a Character plopped to the right of your piece. SPACE IS AN ISSUE we all know how big this place is but there will be alot of heads so try to conserve space and keep shit tight. This jam was in mags/web so if you come off wack the world will peep it.

I will be rolling space for Mark in the dead center on the left wall and the small wall
facing in for his boy. This is reserved for Mark Bode which it should be seeing it's his father we are honoring.

That is excactly what I mean. Abel doesn't know who what where and why. I am no Graffiti history teacher, but do your research thats what the internet is all about.

See what he started and when. He was very important to the Graffiti world.

sket my brotha, good looking on another installment of the bode memorial, always been a fan of his work and yours as well. however, what do we plan to do about the grteedy heads that show up the day before and start painting, trying to reserve themselves better spots. this is inevitable, some jackass is going to get there saturday, start a production and want to continue it sunday morning. due to the sucess of the last jam, most of which i have to credit to sket, crazy ammounts of people are going to show up and some will show early, as in the dayt before. feedback as to the situation at hand.

the theme of the day and more specifically the wall is bode's characters and art. as was dont in the hay day of graffiti, bode style artwork will flow through the backrounds of allthe productions. if you just want to come and piece without doing a bode memorial production...there are plentyof other illegal straight spots in ct that im sure are much closer to your house. paint there. would you show up to an MC battle and sing celine dion? doubt it (though i would in fact pay to vies that situation) so in review, if you want to come and burn, burn in memorium of bode

Didnt you look at the DONDI layout in Subway art and wonder who Bode was?
Henry tells you that the characters are from Bode comics.
Any pieces with Bode characters for that matter from that book or from Spraycan art...I know they mention Bode in Subway art a few times...
Shit, as a youngster I stole SUBWAY ART then had to make a second trip back to the bookstore just to steal JUNK WAFFLE AND CHEECH WIZARD.

To adress infared question the jam is Sunday you start a piece on saturday and want it to stay there till sunday sleep n front of it . All I can say is heads rolled in last year and rolled the whole damm place. If you feel that desperate to get there on sat night go ahead I wouldn't wanna be down there on a saturday night protecting my piece. Cops flow through there on the regular so be forwarned

I figured there are roughly 43 pieces at least thats what fit last year and FC went huge so with careful consideration of other writters this year I hope to get more heads. BRING YOUR OWN ROLLERS AND ROLLER PAINT!

And to CTrek, dude if you aint doing a bode production just skip the day bring your blackbook and I will have Jick sign it for ya.
