I would suggest that if there's a lot of people already in your crew then you all should go out and crush the city. Don't do it with toyish crap. If you really wanna impress people do it with style and do it alot. Eventually people will notice and want to be down with a crew that get's down. That's a tactic almost all the major crews here do it. And it works.
