"Where the paved road stops." I'm guessing he's a few blocks down in the Costco Warehouse.. just a thought
Yeah, I used to try and make my own "Krink" too - until I actually bought a bottle and experienced the glory. No home made "Krink" recipe can even come close to achieving the bling status of the real deal. Drop that phony shit and just fork over some cash for the real shit - its worth it. KR's gotta make a living just like you and me, so might as well help a guy out - got any questions on how it compares to normal Aluminum Rusto + Thinner, PM me.
how long has this been goin on in your town? are you sure that its just a couple truck loads that didnt show up on time or somethin.....either way all's gravy here in the wind......
I wouldn't be able to tell the difference, my supplier only carries like 4 cans of PT at a time. Then theres the whole section dedicated to Krylon

Do they have home depot in brooklyn? For some reason I don't picture them there. Is it true it's illegal to buy spraypaint up there? Sorry this is way off topic.
Nobody cares about you and your stupid band.
[Insert internet crew and some rap lyric here.]
Yes there is a Home Depot here. The one I go to is in Redhook, Brooklyn next to Jetro, but thats not the place that I was reffering to. I go to a hardware store down the block from me. The Home Depot here has nothing but Rusto, PT, AA, and Quick Color. No Krylon whatsoever.

i was just talking about this this other day... i went to three home depot's last week and one was completely out of flat black and flat white in painter's touch. the other ones i picked up the last cans they had in the flats. pergament used to be the shit, they had a lot more colors for PT. and i do also see the selection of colors on the low in the last year or so.

you said it cuz...
no for real, PT is not going ANYWHERE/// this one line has revolutionized Rust-oleum as a company. I don't think any colors have been or are being discontinued and I can't imagine any reason that a major chain might drop it. The stuff just sells, man.
but one reason that people might see a blip on the radar is that the new cans are being released. if you've noticed, there is a slightly different can style out there, almost certainly to fit the new 2004 VOCs.
chumba- you get the instant dap for avoiding the Home Despot and sticking to the local. i just hope you ain't rackin from them, cause they need all the help they can get.
...if you go to the rustoleum website you'll see that the line of painter touch colors is probably way larger than you've ever seen in one store...different stores chose what colors to order and stock...so any decline you've seen has to do with the retailer not the manufacturer...
