It is probably not fatter than an Astro Fat, a lot of times its the same exact cap made in a different color with marketing to make you think its different.
I believe that but Oink is a retailer so I trust 'em if they say its fatter than an astro. They sell em for the same price and make the same money from either sale so why would they bother lying?
James isn't a dick, so I doubt he would lie about that sort of thing, but if that information is wrong, it's because that's what was related to him, not because he's knowingly giving out false info.

I'm not saying he is a dick or that he's making up information. I got tons of respect for the guy and would never talk BS about him. I'm just saying you're okay buying the Astro fats or the other ones because its not going to be much difference other than cap color. They're both gonna spray super fat!
Yeah, but the one I got has a black dot and it sprays a lot bigger than the one with a pink dot. It also uses a can up in less than 40 seconds of continuous spraying (with lo-pressure paint) which is pretty fast. But, it makes fill-ins REALLY easy and quick to do, so I'd say it's worth it.
If you're going to get some 24k caps though, make sure you get the biggest size possible, otherwise you might as well just use regular pink dots.
What' low pressure paint did you use that you "wasted" an entire can in 40 seconds. How many letters did you fill in that "40" seconds. I find this incredibly hard to believe.
Not saying this isn't possible.. but it's extremely tough to empty any low pressure can in 40 secs.
Has anyone here as well also emptied a low pressure can in 40 SECONDS?? Let us know!

For you people that don't know .. BIG METAL CIRCUS is an authority on caps. You need advice on caps ask him he knows his stuff very well and so do a few others on here. Get to know them.

and the low-pressure paint I was using is Sabotaz. It's not LOW low pressure but it's down there. I filled 5 letters and it was probably like 4'x7' worth of paint. I couldn't even get it filled completely and ran out with about 6x6" left lol... Had to drive to the store and buy another can and go alllll the way back to finish it...

Thanks for the verification.. Sabotaz is good paint. I don't know why it and Ironlak are considered low pressure though.. More like "mild high" than anything else lol.
Them caps do waste a huge amount of paint though . one thing I dislike bout them. If time is a constraint then yeah I'd use them to get it done quick and bounce.
Or if you're doing bare concrete it's good because it won't be able to suck up all the paint so you don't have to go over it like if you use any other cap...
