Though I personally seem to have the privilege of selecting 100% magenta with my own copy of CS3, it’s still a sad world when a corporation thinks they can claim ownership over a color. What’s worse is that ownership was actually granted. Granted it’s a trademark issue and does (thankfully) have limits, but come on… Maybe if they put all that attention into good product and service, they can ease up on bullshit like this.
In the USA, it’s a no brainer since they don’t have the iPhone contract, but this move alone would be enough to make me accept an alternative just to avoid contributing to the coffers of a company this arrogant.
