Considering how exaggeratedly high real estate costs have gotten over the last few years, it’s nice to see there are still alternatives to the million plus dollar shit boxes that sell within the Manhattan real estate market.
More information, and a listing of islands for sale…

Honestly $250,000 for an island in nicaragua. Just get a job that lets you work from home in the states move down there do everything via interwebz. Go traffic in some local womenz put them to work you are in. Worlds only float in brothel and you still have legit cash coming in via your work at home status…
The city is the heart of graff, a Visit to the island would be more enjoyable than living there for me.

Thanx, NomaD
Always been a dream of mine actually haha.
What about pirates though?
Jim, you just need to get a big fucking gun.
I’ve heard in some parts in the midwest they will actually give you land if you move out to where they are. From their perspective their gaining on the deal in tax revenues that they are sure to get over a long term period.
But an island for $250k is hard to beat…
They do a very similar thing in Australia!

agreed.
I worked out the math, and living on a boat for 5 years could save enough cash to own the boat outright. - and I’m talking a 50’ baller yacht. Urban real estate is insane.
