I am honored to be part of “THE NEW YORKERS,” a new exhibition opening tonight, May 1st, curated by Todd James at the V1 Gallery in Copenhagen. If you happen to be over there, check it out. Amazing group of people, including Todd himself, and a huge list of heavy hitters that I shall paste here for your reading pleasure: Jenny Holzer, KAWS, Francine Spiegel, Rammellzee, Dash Snow, Barbara Kruger, Joe Bradley, Jose Parla, Katherine Bernhardt, Futura, John Copeland, Ryan McGinness, Stephen Powers, Erik Foss, Doug James, Brian DeGraw, Agathe Snow, Peter Saul, Kostas Seremetis, Ryan Wallace, Takeshi Murata, Peter Sutherland, Daze, Erik Parker Timothy Walkiewicz, Sue Kwon, Andy Dolan, Noah McDonough, Greg Lamarche, Devin Flynn, Aurel Schmidt, Peter Beste, Richard Kern, Sarah Braman, and Brian Montuori. Sorry if your eyes glazed over when you tried to read that. If so, go back and read it again - Todd really hooked it up. If it wasn’t so late I would link every one of those people to an amazing web page of their work or some jazz. But it’s late. So put on your googles and get clicking.
My ‘Corporate War’ camo uniformed soldiers, shown here in L.A., are part of the show. Hopefully Todd will provide some recon and photos from Denmark soon. Wish I was there! Thanks to Todd and Mikkel for the weapons support.
