The event was amazing ! The book brings me back to the days of graf on my looseleaf! Can’t wait for the next one to come out. Is there going to be a sequel?

YO!! Half of these are My photos, which I did donate for love of the OLD SCHOOL this time since I’ve been down with BYI since ‘85… but what NERVE to crop me out of all the little ones!

On the real, I have never seen so many Graf Kings in one building, live and direct, not just on the walls!  TRIM TNC * VANAL KT * ATCO * SAST FSU * STERN * JALER * KEO * DIL * SCAN * HAZE * MARE 139 * KAVES… to name but a few, the place was PACKED with many of the artists in the book!  SPone did all the calliGRAFFITI, I told him it was like the Torah, every letter perfect or the whole page gets thrown away, not at all easy!  They all signed my copy, & DJ EMZ rocked major throwbacks with MAD skill!

The list truly went on and on, and I’m sure TFV Squad (inside joke for BET ; ) must have had their own damned digital photo field day!  Shit, it REALLY IS 1984 in many ways, and it ain’t ALL GOOD!  Despite the 95 degrees, the throng outside The Reed Space on Orchard Street on the Lower East Side of NYC was a buzz with how fkn cool the book is and that it came with a custom Sharpie to commemorate the event!

Truly PIECEBOOK is the dream blackbook for anyone who is DOWN LIKE DAT and knows what time it is!  It is a veritable who’s who of writer’s writers, in an intimate format that looks so legit, you’d swear you could feel the grooves in the pages left by pencils and pens!  As authentic & realistic as possible, there are even a few blank sheets left to get up on!  I tried to peel the sticker off the inside cover and now I have to SMELL THE INK on the pages to figure out which tags are new!

Much LOVE and continued success BEYOND YOUR IMAGINATION!!

Not surprised at the turn out...this was a day in the making and I sure wish I could have been there in NYC for this. Much respect for taking the time out and making this book happen...another one for the ages! Graff will forever stay in NYC and beyond...can’t NADA stop this movement baby...and with every writer that hangs it up...2 more are born...(even if they’re toys...LOL)...peaceeeee!

Congrats on such a smooth release....
