Sacha and I were on DJ Kay Slay’s Street Sweeper show last night promoting Piecebook, Mascots & Mugs and reminiscing
on the golden age of subway graffiti. In spite of all his success Dez is undoubtedly still a writer a heart, it was great kicking it
with him. If you subscribe to Sirius there’s a rebroadcast this Sunday September 21st at 8pm, we’re on during the first hour
of the show, please tune in.
DJ Kay Slay aka Dez TFA getting reacquainted with a (Piecebook) piece of his from 1982.

Chino...Sacha...great book fellas. Good to see and hear that DezzyDez is still a writer at heart. Bumped into him out here one time on SOBE and everyone was like “Slay-Slay”...I hollered Dez to see if he still took that name serious...and sure as real he did.
It’s good to see that the essence of graff is still embraced by the most successful....peace and good luck with the book.
Amazing the vision of the early writers...much-much respect to the originators and thanks for bringing out their original work.
can we get an mp3 of the show?
