I just returned from a brief trip to my home town of Seattle. It’s always terrific to smell trees and mountains. Some highlights included camping, kayaking, and getting to see my sister‘s ceramics studio. Also found a pretty rad book of kimono patterns at a Japanese market. No epic mountaineering this time, but flying around Rainier when we departed was amazing in itself. Next: Portland.
