The formerly remarkable Riviera Gallery in Williamsburg, Brooklyn has apparently moved on to greener pastures and is now a real estate office. I’d heard rumors to this effect for a while, but refused to believe it until I got an email a few minutes ago. Sad but true. Only mitigating factor is that there might be cookies there for prospective home owners. Come by and shop Riviera Real Estate quick before the bubble bursts.

uh… it’s a joke, dude. an artistic hoax. the “agents” are improv actors. the “sales office” is the exhibit.
