New York, New York

“De Tal Palo, Tal Astilla” as us Cubans say.
Femi Kuti, son of the late great, Fela Kuti, performs his jam, DEM BOBO, from the Album Afrika Shrine. A must in my listening device and yours too.

the album i found a little disappointing mostly due to the fact that the shitty digital recording doesn’t do justice to the Africa 80 playing in the back. Saw Femi Kuti live a few times though and it was FIRE!
