The OG of the East Coast OG’s. Kessler had one of the meanest stances while carving around on his custom shaped boards and even meaner frontside slash grinds at the Autumn Bowl. Andy’s history is deep. Even at age 48, you could see he still had the skate-bug and needed to push to satisfy his soul. Original style for days, Andy was the real deal. Rest in peace.

KESS RTW. R.I.P. A real good dude. One of the first wave of skaters in NYC. Zoo York Crew.
On the low, he helped a whole LOT of people out of the goodness of his heart. He reached out to me when I was doing bad, no questions asked. If there is a Judeo/Christian style heaven, Kess certainly earned his entry pass.
