This is a much-retarded (Yes, I said it like that) imprint of american ignorance.

Salary caps?

Immediate return of troops from soon-to-be-volatile Iraq (*Achem, Middle east)?

Lest, only the repulsive democratic party would be so profoundly quick to put these absurd theories into play. I’m a graff writer, I’ve been for quite a while, so i would suppose there would be a bit of rebelliousenss in my stature, but this is absolutely nuts.

You must have voted Obama.

Don’t know why America would put such a cheapscape into office… Oh, because the idea of getting 999 dollars in your check for two days of relatively effortless labor is feasable enough to force companies to pump out prices to the max and reduce hours of employees nationwide. And this is just the dumb downed version of events.

Fucking stupid this is.

that’s why it’s not real, william, you douchebag. we coudl only hope. i dont think anyone honestly believes we could just pull troops out of iraq.  of course it’s an unstable environment, it would be ludacris.  it’s a dream that being able to bring our troops home at once would be a headline. get your head out of your own ass. all the news we hope to print.

Yes, It is what a leftist nuthouse can hope for. It truely is; A more federally regulated taxation institution expected to provide equllibrium to the stagnant economy? Not likely. George Bush taking in all of the heat because of alot of things that are very much considered his actions by some absent-minded pedestrian “conspiracy researcher” (Yet, nobody was ever quick to point out how most of his “Errors” were put fourth by pressure of the democrats in the senate?)? The whole message the newspaper is showing, is just the sum of the entire misguided impulse created, advertised, and barcoded unto the brains of every day know-nothings like you and me, by the Democrats. This shit will not happen without dire consequences, those articles will never appear on the same page, print, issue, day, or series. The only thing I could really agree with is the Patriot Act, for obvious reasons. But thats just only a minor stilt in this whole mess of mis-righteousness. Fuck the Democrats, and Fuck Obama.

hey nothing wrong with Americas Army, it’s an awesome game. I played it for years and no one from the military ever tried to recruit me from it… don’t know where they got that idea from.

man…judging from the posts above…people are

A) really angry.
B) afraid to dream.
C) taking shit too literally.

get your head out of your ass William, you’re a blowhard, who’s trying mad hard to prove how amazingly well-versed and at the same time super-cynical he is. i’m willing to bet you wouldn’t know hard times if they punched you in the mouth and stole your wallet.

it’s not about this shit happening. it’s about giving people a reason to fucking wake up in the morning again. i’m a cynical bastard and even i can fuck with that. i mean we are still dealing with a largely misinformed public, some of whom may take this seriously, but whatever. it amazes me that you play so erudite and employ all this rhetoric to assert that none of this can happpen concurrently, but fail to realize that these bylines all being on the same page ISN’T THE FUCKING POINT.

and you toss in the fact you write, as if that gives you some kind of cred. you may very well write, there are plenty of toys who cop cans and caps, but you don’t stand for shit save for some nickel and dime intellectual elitism.

anyway…

Geez: nuff respect, always a pleasure to read your take.

I was going to leave it obvious to where my statements were heading towards, and normally I leave it at that.
But,

Once again, beyond the personal flaunts people such as you will try to wail at what I had to point out, Mr. Malone; You still have failed at your cross-examination to debunk what I am saying. First, of all things, you clearly haven’t seen beyond the one-sided bias this article unveils; because if you really faced it, the reality is reality (Sadly, I must outline this characteristic to you, since it must not exist; Not every poker hand you are dealt will result in a Royal Flush, but of course, what could your utopian existentialist logic disprove anything about poker?)

So then go ahead and describe to me, oh pharisee Moses. Please, What are your trying to interpret from what you have seen? You’re crops are growing because you’ve beheaded the thickest slice of pizza from the pie? Your win and not mine?

What if I had a friend who was brutally murdered by a child rapist? Should I see his trial bypass with a meager life sentence? Because this dungle-berry of a graphic artist had more ability to convey things that I would agree with, and expect to satisfy my delightful pursuit of astonishment of knowing that somebody else in this world could have the same exact thinking pattern as I do?

Maybe it’s non-of that.
Is it perhaps you want to point out how badly I suck at putting words together? Because more or less a four year old’s statement with the same conclusion as mine dis-provides the same fucking thing? Fine, you can win with that. You still don’t, and apparently; wont get what i’m talking about. Unless perhaps you really do. And maybe I’m doing a little bit of dodging myself. IT doesn’t matter what I say, I will still boldly say that this person is a real fucking idiot for putting his ideas on an adobe document and posting it on the internet.
And if you want to go lower than I expect most people to descend to, then i have no problem with that either. I prefer to remain more modest and let you live with it, but I just want to put this out; The fact that I have even staked my claims as a graff writer on the messages pushes my point to the bare maximum, that not even some people like me associated with something as pointless as graffiti would want to stand for such wasteful expression. It’s his expression I respect, but I still will underline it’s cankering resourcelessness. I’ve been in and out of jail, and the graffiti lifestyle has provided me with more girlfriends, breakups, heartaches, tears, scars, broken bones, vamping, sleeplessness, and paranoia than anything else I could have imagined. Maybe you have been through that too. And I could care fucking less if your words are held more credibly than mines. If it’s pseudo-ignoramus you want to put me as, then so be it.
So fuck Obama and fuck you too.

P.S, Geez, i’ve been happy with most of your blogs, i’ve been an avid 12 oz reader since I started writing writing 6-7 years ago, and your stuff along with others are still on point with alot of things, not everything, but certain things. So peace to you too.

I think that, regardless of one’s personal political views, this NY Times spoof is a brilliant example of using ‘the system’ to get a non-mainstream viewpoint across in a very powerful way. The viewpoint its communicating could be anything, this time it happens to a progressive political one. But that wasn’t why I posted it. Its food-for-thought. Like all good art, wether in a museum, on the street, on the radio or in the movie theater, this piece evoked some powerful responses and started a dialogue, and I think thats what its creators intended. I’m not about shoving my political views down anyones throat, and I respect and appreciate all well-informed and thoughtful points of view. Either way, thanks for taking the time to check out my blog in the first place.

William, you are flogging a dead horse here, do you really think you are going to persuade people on here that voting for Obama was the wrong move? and the charming manner in which you have put forward your skewed, anger filled manifesto isn’t helping your cause much either. Do you want a hug?
