After overwhelming response, I decided to go back and take a closer look…found some more faded tags still running, but not for long…

I was never into street bombin since nothing could compare to hittin steal .... From wat i remember the 1st heads really rockin streets was P13 /AS2/ OE -then i remember JOZ -EASY-TEKAY FIB - DCEE - JA - AFTER THAT its all a Blur!!!! ---------------------------------------------------- I'm a bit strange and like things the average person really don't identify with, for instants ive seen allot of nice spots in my day. high spot low spot whatever . But my all time favorite spot wuz a spot on Astor and Lafayette - CHRIS 217 took a tag inside a dinner that had an all glass patio n every time i passed it id see his tag floating above someone's head while they wer eating always made me laugh ....... that was my alltime most favorite spot cause it alway's put a smile on my face ....

I was hangin out witt a couple of my homie's in the city .. We checked out that John lennon sketch exibit .. afterward's we stoped in for a cup of coffee on Astor and Lafayette .. I was tellin my buddie's about that chris 217 story n my boi said look it was right ther right ? i said yeah you rember that right, he goes no, u can still see the tag.. i was floored, i couldn't believe my eye's,after all these year's it was still ther ... So if u wanna see an old relic CHris 217 tag, stop into starbuck's on Astor and Lafayette it's buffed but it's still hangin tuff!!!!< wen u walk in it's on the left patio on astor ,it's on the brick> am i just nut's n the olny one that really care's & appreciate's stuff like this >???? I walked out of starbuck's n bumped directly into stay high 149, A real nice day in nyc --------------- THE CHRIS 217 TAG WAS BERRRY-BERRY- TOY BUT BERRRY BERRY OLD ACTUALLY - THE TAG HAS A MYSTICAL QUALITY TO IT ....
