This is a poster for the Regional Addiction Prevention program ( RAP) - Hmm, clever acronym), in Washington D.C., and was circulated in 1985 in an effort to combat the rampant PCP abuse during the 80’s. I would love to hear what they told the illustrator…ah, make smoking dust look like your blowing your brains out…Good job bro.
The mushroom cloud with the skull is illmatic…The gun with the fatty is pretty ill too.
