1971 NY SUBWAY CAR ADVERTISEMENT
I found this picture in perfect shape in a flea market on 7th Avenue in BK last year. It’s a 1971 advertisement picture from the MTA that shows their new car interior.
Anything missing on the walls? Mare? Chino? Psycho?

but not for long.....
LOVE IT! definitely a gem.
Yo, I would sit next to that beehive wearing chick and be like, “you look thick in the ass, ma. Can I see?” Well maybe I wouldn’t but I would definitely think it. Good one!
What’s really funny is that they’re using a mirror to create this image. Not only is that a reflection of the back of the woman who is sitting down, but look into the far right hand side way in the background. You can see a reflection of the tripod & camera that took this shot. You can also see the photographer sitting down to take the shot. there’s also something fishy about the way the armrest is molded & the lack of the rolling signs.
Ah, somebody should work at CSI NY… Yep, photoshop didn’t exist back then…
