Few month ago my mom found this flick in a box. This “air grab” action took place in 1983 in Carouge the neighborhood where I grew up in Geneva.I was invited with a few friends to do a small skate demo. I was riding a Tony Hawk deck with fluorescent pink Gullwing trucks and oversize T-Bone wheels. I also had the most gigantic knee pads also know as the “Rector Agressor”. You can also see on the right of the photo a kid holding a Natas “black panther” deck. This flick was published in the local paper “Tribune de Geneve” and was my first and last 15 minutes of Skateboard fame…
