WILFRED LIMONIOUS

Here is a small display of one of my favorite illustrator ever. Wilfred Limonious is a Jamaican illustrator you have seen the work a hundred times without knowing who he is. His work symbolizes to Dance Hall music what the Ultimate Breaks & Beats covers are for Hip Hop. Most of his work was designed during the 80’s for famous Dance Hall record labels such as Sonic Sounds, VP and Tuff Rank. His most iconic cover is probably the “Original Stalag 17-18”  Riddim that includes the Tenor Saw song Ring the Alarm. There is pretty much no information, no book, website about him.I read online that he passed away.If anybody knows more about Wilfred, feel free to comment.
