BEIJING / C-19 - Event Recap :

Believe the hype ;
reminiscent of Japan in the early 90’s,
there is a genuine revolution of style, product and youth culture in full effect in China…
and yes, business is definitely booming there too.

After 6 days on the ground, half of them working,
the other half getting to know the city and building relationships over dinner and drinks,
I left with a great sense of promise for the future there…

Thanks to the great support and hard work of Jimmy Au and Red Agency,
Tim and Rose from the Kappa / C19 team, Himm and Kiki from the Urban Family,
G-Ming from Mess / Beijing, and a host of other people involved in our project,
we succcessfully launched the C-19 Brand and the first of four pop up shops scheduled for release this year.
