Dope choice of track too, “I walked Bud” by Thelonious Monk. My pops Sahib Shihab played alto on the original Blue Note recording exactly 52 years ago.

She has been at it since age 4, if you arent familiar with her from the movies, you might find her on the cover of French Playboy or Trace magazine, she is a fly young star that keeps giving.

Kim is one of those multi talented down town fly girls, she acts, writes, raps, skates, models and creates dope jewelry.
You might recognize her from the movie “Black and White” with Method Man and Power from WU TANG or you might recognize
her recently from Supreme. I first worked with her about 10 years ago and continue to find inspiration doing so. These shots are some ruff out takes from my “Outta Darkness” series(In progress). Kim is also acting in the forth coming “A night at the Opera” film by Nemo Librizzi.

Being that it is the end of October, i couldnt let it fly by without taking a look back at these beautiful images representing the month from some of my past calendars.

One of my favorite tracks from one of my favorite QJ albums. I was raised on this ish so i
raided it from my moms collection and still got the vinyl. My pops Sahib Shihab used to play
baritone sax with Quincy back in the 60’s

And then we got another smoking classic..sampling and twanging the intro from Body heat..smoove.

Featuring Vashtie aka Miss Sweet Peppa.
Vashtie was one of the sweetest and best assistants I ever had, she has since graduated to becoming a successful
video director, clothing designer and is now about to become a movie star. I am very proud of this one.
Here she is on the set at a Babtist church in Bed Sty, on the shooting of “A night at the opera” where she is being
courted by Actor/Director Nemo Librizzi.
