I’m out to Moscow this week.
Growing up with movies like “War Games”, “Red Dawn”, “Rocky 4”, etc. Imminent missile strikes, proxy wars, AK-47 vs M-16, Soviet subs, the idea of a push of a red button somewhere that will end the world due to negligence or malfunction, Khrushchev, Brezhnev, The Iron Curtain, The Cold War, the list is endless. I am very excited to visit Russia, drink vodka, see the sites, represent, and see what’s really up with a country that has a very deep history and culture. I hear Moscow is really progressive and very interested and open to new ideas and styles.
