PIONEROS DEL GRAFFITI EN ESPAÑA, by Gabriela Berti, is the first book dedicated to the beginnings of graffiti in our country. The author analyzes the situation of graffiti in Spain, back in the 80’s, comparing with the scene in the rest of Europe and investigating its influences. The raise of graffiti in Barcelona, Madrid and Alicante (“The Golden Triangle”) as well as in Valencia, Zaragoza, Sevilla and Girona is portrayed in more than 500 images together with an exhaustive investigation of the phenomenon. The book is available in Spanish and English.
