Last year was a big year for Haze among the many impressive projects his hand painting the Lotus car was really impressive. This was executed free hand with one shot enamel, for those of us who understand the difficulty of working with this paint this is quite a feat especially on an object that has such organic shapes as the Lotus. Haze does really well with minimalist iconography, his background in logo design and product design best illustrates this, considering how one could easily over do it by trying to apply too much art to this car I like how simple and disciplined the line work is and that it doesnt detract from the integrity of the car design.
