Unfortunately this is one of those rare never published interviews...I will keep posting bits of it over time.
EXACTLY! The game is all fucked up now - Niggas cant RACK anymore, we gotta go buy paint or you gotta know sumone who’s got paint - BEEF changed too - niggas dont deal with shit by fighting it out anymore, you go over the wrong writer - you gettin shot, dead ass. I really REALLY wish I was born earlier to enjoy these ESSENTIAL years in graffiti, but I cant help the fact that i was just born in ‘85. The same blood that flows thru your veins flows thru mines, it’s just that the times have changed and it aint as easy to get up anymore. Cans are $7-10 dollars now, and the penalties are too high. Mayor Bloomberg is NOT Ed Koch, so we wont get a break. We can only look back at the good times (Style Wars) and hope we make a difference in the new generation’s lives just like you guys did for us. Thank you.
