Peep out this amazing site where a photographer and Graff heads went to visit Chernobyl well after the melt down. An amazing and disturbing essay.

This is an amazing project. When it happen I was a 12 years old kid and remember seeing those Russian fire fighters going inside this horrible site with barely no equipment. I remember seeing them on television 5 days later totaly burnt and about to die.
I hope people will never forget how bad and impactfull on the ecology is the nuclear energy. This is a fantastic project.
There is an amazing coffee table book from photographer Robert Polidori called Zone of exclusion: Pripyat and Chernobyl that shows the desolation after the disaster. Robert Polidori (enter the gallery and you’ll see a photo of the actual control room all rusty… Crazy!!!!)
