Wynwood is full of windowless storage warehouses with facades begging for a little decoration. With the blessings of Goldman Properties, Barry McGee & crew transformed one with a gigantic silver and black AMAZE throw-up.
The building Barry painted last year as part of the Deitch & Goldman Wynwood Walls projects is in the process of becoming Panther Coffee. Sadly its meticulously rendered orange and green geometric pattern was mysteriously and unceremoniously destroyed by a can of black paint and a fat cap. Now that’s vandalism!
