THIS IS WHAT WE LIKE TO SEE IT’S ALL LOVE IF THE TWINS WANT THAT WALL. GIVE IT TO THEM CONSIDERING IT WAS LOOKING A LITTLE DRAB WITH THAT RE-DO. WHAT CAPTURES THE MAGIC OF ALL THIS IS THE FLICK WITH THE BRAZILIANS WITH MR. LA2 AT HIS SHOW THE OTHER NIGHT COVERED IN THE PAINT THAT THEY WERE USING TO GO OVER HIS WALL.

The 2008 Keith Haring mural recreation was always intended as a temporary installation. It was originally scheduled to be painted over by Os Gemeos at the beginning of 2009, so its life was actually extended by 7 months.  As noted, it was commissioned by Deitch Projects, the Keith Haring Foundation and Goldman Properties, and executed by Gotham Scenic, to commemorate what would have been Keith Haring’s 50th birthday: May 4, 2008.

Meus caros, a muito tempo o Brasil já não é mais sinômimo de samba, futebol, cerveja e praia…

Enfim, acho que nunca fomos e jamais seremos só isso…

O fato é que deixamos de ser uma simples periferia e estamos, simplesmente, em tudo oque acontece nesse mundinho de nosso Deus -que diga-se de passagem é brasileiro.

Sempre fui feliz por ser brasileiro, mas agora é diferente porque sinto-me orgulhoso porque já tive a oportunidade de ver e conversar com esses Artistas de Alto Nível que são os Gêmeos. São absolutamente geniais e, sobretudo, acessíveis; pessoas com um caráter e personalidade incríveis.
