This article was posted by Smarth 2 years, 4 months, 2 weeks, 2 days, 17 hours, 21 minutes ago.

John Baldessari is one of the most influential artists to ever live. He has been in over one thousand group shows, besides his two hundred plus solo shows. Notable artists that consider him an influence or mentor are Barbara Kruger, Cindy Sherman, and David Salle amongst others. The quick cuts and comments are extremely clever and had me rolling on the floor. Watch the video narrated by Tom Waits and learn about Baldessari and how incredible of a man he truly is.
