The Underbelly project first started in New York City had graffiti and street artist paint the abandoned tunnels of NYC. Organized by Workhorse and PAC The Underbelly project makes its way to Paris, France featuring an a-list line up of artist such as Conor Harrington, SheOne, Saber, How & Nosm, C215, Alice Pasquini, Will Barras, Futura, and Tristan Eaton.
