Using a spray can in a completely unique way, Evan Roth of the Graffiti Research Lab posted a series of videos called Propulsion Paintings in advance of the opening of his solo show Welcome to Detroit opening tomorrow.

“As part of my residency at Eastern Michigan University, I am teaching a course called Art and Hacking where I had the students create their own Propulsion Paintings as their first project. Below are the results.” -Evan Roth
