Video: The Making of The Kaws X Ikepod Horizon Watch

This article was posted by judeliana 1 year, 2 weeks, 1 day, 23 hours, 11 minutes ago.

Check out this video that features the making of the recently released wristwatch The Horizon, that was designed by graffiti writer turned artist/designer Kaws who collaborated with Ikepod to make this product come to life. The short video gives us a glimpse of the tedious steps it took to create the Horizon watch, and even makes the process of it all look like a form of art itself. Also, there’s news that The Kaws will be having a show, titled “The Nature of Need”, that kicks off May 15th, 2012 . This will be the first ever exhibition at the new gallery (being opened by Paris gallerist Emmanuel Perrotin), and having The Kaws’ work being featured will surely make it a memorable opening. The show runs until June 30th so be sure to check it out.
