What? No Hall of Fame this year? (guest Blogger Sye!TC5)

I took a couple of days off in anticipation of the Graffiti Hall of Fame at 106 and Park, only to find out that it was cancelled this year. They did some construction there, obstructing a few of the walls, namely the walls that FC and TC5 have painted in the past.

So...what to do? I was still gonna paint, but obviously not there. Thursday, I linked up with DEZO and we decided to do an impromptu wall in the spirit of the upcoming Independence holiday. We wanted to play with colors and ideas associated with July 4th. Dezo did a red, white and blue color scheme, while I incorporated the colors of the Statue of Liberty and the flag.

I wasn’t satisfied after completing the wall. I still wanted to do the piece I planned for the Hall of Fame. So, Friday I went out solo...For inspiration, for the fill-in, I was thinking about the color scheme of of the Hulk. GREEN!..with a touch of purple



I needed something to make it pop
