Few months ago IDN magazine made some interviews with some designers & artists involved in the skate culture, I had the honor to be in one of the interviews among other friends…here some images form the magazine is been out for almost a month but you can still find it in some stores…or you can check it online.

I’ve known Geez for 7 years, we moved to NYC at the same time to work for the same company…I remember him always trying to get me into brakeless bikes and expensive frames with crazy italian names…a year ago i decided to start riding and so far is been awesome… Friday night i had the chance to ride with him for the first time…great ride from Trackstar all the way up to Harlem back to the Deitch gallery to get some free drinks for the wholecrew...

Last Sunday have the chance to ride with some friends from George Washington Bridge through the Palisades Interstate Park to a town called Piermont, NY…this is my second long trip and it was just awesome…30 something miles round trip..
it was not as heavy as Geez trip from London to Paris which i had the chance to see the premiere just few hours ago but it was definitely fun..

Juxtapoz Art & Culture Magazine celebrates its 15th anniversary with “The Big Payback,” an online charity art auction and a special event in Los Angeles hosted by Upper Playground. The event benefits the non-profit Power House Project of Detroit.

some time ago Aye Jay Morano invited me to be part of a book he was working on with his 6 years old son paintings, the idea was to take some of his pieces and work around them to make a collabo…no deadlines no pressure, just have fun with it…he is been working on this project for the last 2 years and finally he was able to publish it.
Thank Aye Jay and Cohen for the invitation to be part of such a great project…also you can check the work of other friends like Cody, Grotesk many other artists in this book…

Last week i had the pleasure to meet Fred Forsyth this guy put together Crack & Shine-London’s first graffiti book, and is really good and straight to the point…good portraits of the writers, great pictures of the pieces and some interviews and the best part, no “STREET ART”....

Arturo Vega was the guy in charge of the image for the RAMONES…he was the guy who came with the idea of the ramones seal, that logo that is been recognizable for a lot of generations and has been revisit many times by skate and surf companies…
Another example of timeless and good design.
