FIFTY 24PDX Gallery presents “Save My Life”, an exhibition of drawings, paintings, screenprints and site specific installation by Chicago-based artist Cody Hudson. Known for his commercial art and graphic design contributions under the name Struggle Inc., his graphic work and paintings have been exhibited throughout the US, Europe and Japan including the Museum of Contemporary Art (Chicago), Rocket Gallery (Tokyo), New Image Art (LA), The Lazy Dog (Paris), & Bucket Rider Gallery (Chicago).
The exhibition coincides with the summer release of his show catalog of the same title, published by Upper Playground.
An opening reception for “Save My Life” will be held on Thursday, August 7th, from 6:00pm – 9:30pm. “Save My Life” runs through September 27th, 2008.
