The 3rd Annual Bombay Sapphire Artisan Series Competition is a collaboration between the Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation and Bombay dedicated to providing exposure to young painters, photographers, and mixed media artists. Currently submissions are being evaluated but there is still time to submit your own work; finalists will be asked to show at Art Basel Miami in December, and two winners will have a show at the Rush Arts Gallery and Resource Center in New York City in February 2013.
