Adidas and Eddie Huang Bring in Chinese New Year at LTO

By - Friday, January 27th, 2012

Earlier this week, Adidas and Baohaus owner Eddie Huang celebrated Chinese New Year at Lower East Side’s LTO. The private dinner event brought together a mix of food personalities and chefs, models and musicians, and other NYC cultural icons. The three course meal (nine dishes in all), included sautéed clams over sticky rice, Taiwanese tomato and eggs with baby fish and pickled radish, and a remix of his famous bao, a salt fish country sausage bao. Wine pairings by Sommelier Michael Madrigale (Bar Boulud) and champagne by La Caravelle were also provided. Dinner concluded with a Ciroc-sponsored open bar and an after party. Looks like Eddie started the Year of the Dragon off with a bang, be on the lookout for an exclusive 12oz interview with him soon! Text & Photo: Steven Lau
