BAZOOKAFILMS77 X KLASSMATIC VS CHEECH WIZARD

By - Thursday, March 3rd, 2016

A few weeks ago we posted about a show happening at the 1AM gallery in San Francisco. That show was a celebration of one of the most enigmatic characters in graffiti, the Cheech Wizard. Orginally created by Vaughn Bode in the 1950s, the Cheech has lived on both through graffiti writers who adopted him early on, as well as the art work of his son, Mark Bode who has become somewhat of a legend himself.

For a behind the scenes look at the show the fam Bazooka Films 77 created a short video of the wall painted by Cheech and Klassmatic in preparation for the show. Take a look and enjoy the good times had by all in an afternoon spent jamming on the streets of SF.
