Con Artist Collective book release: “The First Five Years” with cover art by Wizard Skull

By - Thursday, April 30th, 2015

The Con Artist Collective, based on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, is a collective workspace, community and shared gallery holding group exhibitions monthly, featuring their very own members. The collective is home to artists of diverse mediums, and has grown immensely in membership since its foundation in 2010. They just celebrated their fifth year of togetherness last weekend, and have launched a Kickstarter campaign with the aim of publishing a book that includes 5 years of work by over 400 artists from the collective.
Starting today, you can donate $99 USD to the campaign and receive a special limited edition, handmade book cover, designed by Wizard Skull. He will be doing his original drawings, artwork and more on each original hand done cover. Each day for 14 days, the cover will change. Only 10 will be available from each artist, and when they are gone, they are gone.  This cover will be a special edition “Blank White” on which the artist will produce their work. A mock up example, to help you imagine what these handmade original covers might look like, is an attached cover concept with Wizard Skulls artwork on it.
The Con Artist Collective will announce each artist each day for the final 14 days of the campaign, so be sure to stay tuned.
