Con Artist Collective presents Lilkool x Kristine Guico Fashion Week 2015

By - Wednesday, April 15th, 2015

Back in February when New York Fashion Week 2015 was in full swing, the Con Artist Collective played host to two emerging artists to bring you an intersectional fashion show, integrating the styles of Brooklyn-based artists LilKool and designer and illustrator Kristine Guico. LilKool’s colored, cartoon-inspired designs cover canvases, high-end designer clothing, stickers, and tumblr pages with heavily outlined, grotesque characters. He’s joined forces with up-and-coming designer Kristine Guico whose clothing has been featured in several magazines and celebrity wardrobes. Her designs include geometric patterns and bold lines, making them perfect compliment to LilKool’s style and aesthetic.

Their collaborative fashion pieces were modeled in the gallery at the Con Artist Collective. “LilKool x Kristine Guico” also featured art and clothing for sale from both of these emerging artists. Check out the video above to see what went down.
