D-Spar, Ribs and Phe Wholecar at TuffCity Styles in the Bronx

TuffCity Styles recently hosted a trio of writers D-Spar, Ribs and Phe for whole car graffiti action on their faux train in the TuffCity backyard. This summer has been a real busy one for the “TuffCity Express” as writer after writer has been getting busy painting at one of the top legal spots in the Bronx, making the most of the good weather.
