Electric Projected in Beacon New York

By - Monday, September 26th, 2011

In Summer 2010 Open Space gallery in Beacon, New York covered a derelict electric blanket factory with 24 site-specific works for the second installment of Electric Windows. To breathe new life into this project, on October 1st the building will truly be electrified by 20 video artists whose projections will light up the facade and interact with the artworks installed in the windows. The video below was from their KickStarter campaign which succeeded in raising the necessary funds to make this event happen. 40 seconds in gives you a preview of how awesome the night is going to be. Check out Electric Projected in Beacon, New York on October 1, 2011. For more information, including directions, log onto www.electricprojected.com/
