Graffiti/Street Art Auction in Paris Tomorrow Follows the Success of Last Month’s Sale

Check out this two minute preview that Bates posted up about a graffiti street art auction being held in Paris tomorrow. His work for sale is alongside artists Taki 183, Blade, Crash, Seen, Jonone, Bando, Cope2, Cornbread, Futura2000, and Quik and many more all being auctioned for sale.

Some of the works being auctioned bear a resemblance to the last street art auction in Paris which saw astronomical sums. For example Silver Surfer’s Destiny by Seen has an estimate of $65,000 dollars, clearly riding on the success of his painting Spiderman Who? which sold for $122,000 the last go around. There are also works by the legendary Taki 183 that are quite similar to his piece that sold for over $70,000 at the last auction.
