Halo 4: King of the Hill Fueled by Mountain Dew

By - Thursday, November 1st, 2012

So yes, there’s an official Halo 4 game on iOS and Android. The other news is that it’s free! The full name of the app is “Halo 4: King of the Hill Fuled by Dew.” Yes, “fuled.” The App is location-enabled. Players earn “supplies” freely over time, which can be spent to boost your standings on any 7-11 location’s leaderboard. Users can boost their supply total further by scanning bottles of Mountain Dew or bags of Doritos. If a player tops a 7-11’s leaderboards, they’re one step closer to a prize. You’ll unlock double XP and an “Exclusive Custom Locus Helmet” for the non-Dew-fueled Xbox 360 Halo 4 by playing, and you’ll forever associate “alien warzones” with 7-Eleven. Just like they want you to, apparently.
