To say Eric Haze has had a stellar year would be an understatement. Following his recent collaborations with G-Shock and Nike, New Era partnered with the legendary graffiti artist to design a series of caps and tees as part of their Flagbearers campaign. The cap collection includes two different models, a Haze Brand 9FIFTY Snap-Back featuring his iconic handstyle star, plus a 59FIFTY fitted which uses Haze’s handstyle treatment of the original New Era logo. The Haze signature model comes in a time tested Black, White and Gray, as well as a “nod to MJ” in Red, Black and White. It is also being released in special color ways in-store on the East and West coasts, with tributes to some of their respective local sports team colors.
At the release party, DJ Soul was on the ones and twos as Haze was signing hats and posters for those in attendance. Even Shepard Fairey stopped by, coming directly from his court ruling earlier that day. Flipped in a bunch of different color schemes on 9FIFTY and 59FIFTY caps and shirts, the collection will be available at New Era flagship stores across the contry.
