Bronx-based muralists TATS Cru appear in the second part of “Illegal to Legit,” a mini-documentary in which they tell the story of how they came to be the Mural Kings. Here, group member Bio talks about identity concealment, tagging moving trains, getting caught, and traveling around the world.
