Jurne Stories From Our Neighborhood Print Release

By - Monday, December 19th, 2011

In Jurne’s studio work he has been exploring concepts of micro and macro by using silhouettes of letters and arrows as components of larger images and pieces. His latest print, Stories From Our Neighborhood is composed of calligraphy as the building blocks making up imagery and typography. “The writing that you see on the walls in the community is part of someone’s story. It transcends graffiti and people who are making graffiti, it’s more about living in cities together and everyone’s individual experience.” -Jurne This print is only available for one week at 1xRUN, beginning today.
