  • The nonprofit organization KarmaBlast projected the artwork of a few of his favorite artists to raise awareness about the current situation in Tibet. The featured artists were Shepard Fairey, Saber, Ron English, and Lydia Emily who each saw their work amplified on the streets of LA with a high powered projector attached to a truck. Without permission or prior notice each site was draped in the projected artwork for about half an hour at a time, covering four different locations throughout Los Angeles in total. The evening went of without a hitch, not being bothered by any property owners or authority. In fact throughout the night each location was tweeted and images immediately went up across instagram leading to crowds of spectators and art enthusiasts at each stop. Scroll through the gallery above to see for yourself.
