This article was posted by VaporsIgnite 10 months, 3 weeks, 3 days, 5 hours, 6 minutes ago.

King Brown Magazine will be in New York City today for the release of their 8th issue at the Klughaus Gallery. King Brown is an Australian skateboard and graffiti inspired magazine that fits somewhere between a book, a magazine and an art zine. Having worked with the likes of Mike Giant, Cycle, Morning Breath, Andy Jenkins, Grotesk, and Razauno, the mag continues to provide excellent issues.

Today there will be special events going on as Mike Giant will be painting the exterior of Klughaus Gallery as well as skateable sculptures being brought into the L.E.S. skate park for a best trick competition run by 5Boro NYC. Check out 12ozProphet’s previous coverage of the re-opening of the L.E.S. skatepark discussed by 5Boro’s Steve Rodriguez. The events begin at 6pm and go on until 11pm. If you are in the area, this event should be a blast. Check out the flyer below.
