Mare139 “Art Is Study: 36 Years of Process and Practice” at Pratt TONIGHT

Tonight head to Pratt’s Manhattan gallery on 14th Street between 6th and 7th Ave to take a retrospective look at the work of artist and legendary graffiti writer Mare139. This evening from 6-9pm is the opening reception of Art Is Study: 36 Years of Process and Practice in which Mare combed through his archives from original sketches and photos of trains to some of his first sculptural studies to his current bodies of work including his latest B-Boy Abstracts series.

There will be an Artist Talk with Alan Ket at 7pm. Scroll down to see some preview images of the show as well as the flyer with more information.
